Concept Design
This $29 million commercial and residential tower poses a striking new icon for Parramatta, in the heart of Parramatta CBD.The 27-storey tower accommodates 104 apartments and 6 ground floor commercial tenancies, and responds adeptly to its physical, social and environmental context.
Setting a precedent for sustainable apartment design, these spacious open-plan apartments are cross-ventilated, naturally day lit and incorporate passive solar design.The setback floating podium is modulated and articulated to mitigate ground level sense of scale and enhance the internal experience through deep vertical light wells, cross-ventilation and lush internal gardens. Its modular sandstone and timber facades harmonise with the materiality and rhythms of the three adjacent heritage houses.
Located a short stroll from Parramatta train station, Westfield and Park, the well-appointed apartments set a high standard for modern sustainable living.
