Four-storey eco-friendly hotel and adjoining two-,three- and four-storey residential development located on the site of the former Heinz Tuna Cannery. This large-scale medium-density development is designed to create a new focus for the area following the closure of the cannery. It takes advantage of the idyllic South Coast setting to provide an eco-friendly tourism setting, greater employment opportunities and an upgraded quality of housing in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is constructed of sandstone and painted masonry, with large glassed areas to capture the views. Residences are constructed of masonry and selected painted timber. Underground parking will also be provided. Resort hotel and residential development on the NSW south coast accommodating a 60- room hotel, 63 serviced apartments, 11 houses & 59 Apartments.
